Default wing tip shapes

Hi guys,
I need a little help on wing tip shapes for foam core wings, is there any particuler shape that is working better, ie straight, neg or positive chamfer, 1" tip or 4" tips etc
any help would be much appreciated.

Don't think so.
Horner tips was used by full size P-51 mustang and Bear cats racers in Reno in the seventies and eighties, but in models ...who knows...? I have tried all kinds of wingtips ...even horner tips but never noticed any one better than the other.
I think the "Viper " type wingtips is a good shape to have.

Designing a fast quickie requires you to do a lot of things right. Wingtip shape is just one of many, but yes, they do make a difference when you have the rest of it. With less powerful engines (and 10-6 props) you are less likely to notice.
