Let me put it this way....
Let me ask it this way....
Since I have all these Quick V's I'm going to at least start there. Along with the TT Pro .40 what other engines are competitive in this class? I have a Rossi .40 with a tuned muffler that is pretty quick. Is it legal? Is there a list of legal engines in this class? I'm considering converting one of the Quick V's to a t-tail for the heck of it but we'll see. Thanks.

have to answer with a question, which class?
true 424 is TT 40, I guess
true 428 , better have a Jett or Nelson, but Rossi 40 is legal, you would be in the way though. There about 60 - 70 MPH's too slow
come to minnesota, we do OS 46AX, all depends where you race.
I'm sure there are others typing right now for there answer

Down where you are it's TT40 only for 424 I believe. In the 428 class you run Nelson, Jett or Profi. Anything else including the strongest Q500 or VP Rossis and you'll just be in the way as splatter says. For your area it is the SEMPRA (Southern miniature pylon racing association)

Hi Rick, your Quick V's with a TT Pro 40 would be perfect for 424. We have a race (SEMPRA) in Fort Lauderdale for Quarter 40 and 424 this weekend, which would be fun if you had the time! There will be all knid of race pilots there, and we would all be happy to help you get started.
