N.Tx.Pylon Racing Org's 5th Q-25 & EF-1 Pylon Race for 2012
The N.Tx. Pylon Racing Org's 5th Q-25 & EF-1 Pylon Racing Event is September 9th, 2012.
This will be a Two (2) Pylon Course, 400 feet between Pylons. We will be alternating classes between Q-25 & EF-1. Registration will be at 10 AM, 1st race will be at 11 AM. Event Fee will be $15. Lunch will be available for $5. Richardson R/C Club is hosting event. Location will be at Bratonia Park, 6540 FM 546, Princeton, Tx., 75407. GPS: 33 deg 6 min 35.1 sec N, & 96 deg 31 min 4.8 sec W. Race Results from our Sept 9th Event:
We had 6 EF-1 Racers. 1st Richard Oliver 2nd John Jennings 3rd Chuck Anderson 4th Chris Jennings 5th Jason Oliver 6th Jerry Small We had 14 Q-25 Racers. 1st Patrick Stubblefield 2nd Gary Alphin, Simon Thayil & Tom Lindholm 3rd Darryl Barabash 4th Nathan Haycock 5th Ray Thompson 6th Larry Mowatt & Richard Moll 7th Ken Knotts 8th Steve Blackwell 9th Jim Pope & Sarge Bell 10th Jerry Stafford We flew 5 rounds and everyone had a Great Time! Our next Race will be Oct. 14th at the Golden Triangle R/C Club Field. The N.Tx Pylon Racing Org. Steering Committee decided to start allowing Club 40 Racers to race with the Q-25s. If you have either a Q-25 or C-40, come on out and race with us! |
