I read somewhere, that AMA may allow the Super Tigre GS40 as an engine for 424 for 2008. I can't seem to re-find it, anyone know anything about it?

Four current ST40 engines have been submitted for evaluation and testing to be considered for the 424 engine list. There will be NO approvals until the engine had been determined to be suitable for the class and will not obsolete the current engine or have any other damaging effects on the class.

Thank you, Mr. Allen

If approved will the ST be legal for 2008. I, myself, prefer the ST over the TT, and if approved I'd get one this week to start breaking it in.
