Nelson SS Q500 props
 

Hi All,

Writing from France, I just bought a Q500 Nelson Short Stroke. I read a lot of posts on the forum, but I didn't find cleary which props sizes and shapes were usually used for this engine. I raced in the past with Club 20 and I know that depending on weather conditions I do try different ones to focus on the best. Sometimes, it seems to have amalgamate in the answers of the posts with the Long Stroke version.
Could someone give me a clear answer about the range of props to use with this short stroke engine ?

As a starting point.

APC 8.8 x 8 75, 8.8 x 9.0, 8.8 x 9.25.

If you are running FAI fuel, no nitro and the FAI venturi rather than the choke carb then go here and ask the question.
