vintage nitro engines need help identifying pics inside
ok the dual plug i know it's a thunder tigre, but anybody no a make
the thunder tigre .40 is another vintage engine
i also have the 0.s. .20 has exhaust opening controlled by throttle like the super tigre dual plug engine,
but the last engine,,
coms with the 3 blade prop..no size, but looke like a 40.50?? has the header with huge pipe with it...pics...
anybody give me any info, i plane on putting these up for sale when i find out more info on them ...
i also have a bipe,
miss america mustang
a talon 40.50 and anothe rwith gee bee floats...these are all form the late 60's 70's i think....but they are in fantastic shape..these motors are like new and very nice..

The engine with the blue spinner is a "G" series Super Tigre (probably an ABC .40). In it's day a very good engine.
The dual plug engine is not a Thunder Tiger, but a Super Tigre (probably a .60). Also a good engine in its day.
The engine with round exhaust adapter is a Pico that was made in Italy. (probably a .60). They made good strong engines, but they were heavy. The OS .20 has a non-stock Perry carburetor.
