What size lipo to use
Hello
I am currently building a DC3 and i plane on running twin outrunner motor's and twin ESC see spec's on both .
Model: SK35-48 1100
Kv: 1100rpm/v
Turns: 3
Resistance: 25mOhm
Idle Current: 3.5A
Shaft: 5mm
Weight: 171g
Rated Power: 770w
ESC: 70A
Cell count: 3~5 Lipoly
Suggested Prop: 12*6, 12*6.5, 13*8
Power equivalent : .25~42 + glow engine
• Compact 80 amp Brushless ESC
• No BEC
• 80 amps continuous, 85 amps burst
• 55mm x 35mm x 8mm, 60g plus 3g bullets
• Handles 4-8 LiPo cells
• Programmable LiPo or NiMh cutoff
• Programmable brake
• Low
I want to use just one lipo pack to run both to insure I am getting the same power for both . my question is what size lipo to use .
Thank you

RE: What size lipo to use
There should be some info available about how many amps your motors draw with a given prop and voltage. Figure out how many cells you need based on the chart, then you'll need enough mAh to make around 5 minutes at full throttle (understanding you won't fly full throttle all the time). You may find that it is more economical to run two batteries wired in parallel to supply your system rather than one big one.
