Default SeaGull Superstar CG

Ive got a seagull superstar 120, It calls for the CG to be 7cm back from the leading edge, ok so my Greatplanes cg stand only has measerments in inches or mm, now 70mm is the same as 7cm right? if so then im haveing to put 1lb 3.4oz on the nose to get to ballance out, its that tail heavy with an os 1.60, a truturn spinner and the battery as far forward as i can get it. is this normal for this model? Surelly it cant need over a pound on the nose? What do you guys think?

Thank you, that sounds much better. I had thought that the 7cm was kinda short myself but hey I was following the directions? I will give the new measurement a try on the cg stand and see what happens. Thank you for your info.

Ok so with the new measurments I put on the CG stand it was nose heavy now, so I removed the battery from the nose and placed it as far back as I could reach and it still needed another 4oz of lead to balance out properly. I hated to add that much weight to it, but thats what it took.
