Default 120mm fury fans

Hey if any body out there can help me, I've got two new Shulman 120 fans with castle creations 160 hv speed controllers, using high end 12 s 45 c 5000 ma batteries and can only get 2200 watts and 62 amps on low timing. Going to mid and high timing has very little change, maybe up to 2400 watts and 64 amps. According to the specs on these fans they should be putting out on low timing 3400 watts and up to 85 amps. I've tried the batteries on another 120 fan and getting the correct output, so I know it's not the battery. I have even downloaded the data from the speed controllers to confirm what I'm getting off my meter. I could see maybe having one bad but it's strange to have 2 bad. Thanx for any info!!!!

what is your batter voltage when it is plugged in and then at wide open? if still stumped i will call who you bought them from.

Also try another fan on the same speed controller. if that works out fine then the fan motors may have a problem.
