I could not find a replacement cowl for a Hangar 9 Quarter Scale J-3 Cub at Horizon or Advantage Hobbies. Both were out of stock. I did a Google search for the part and Wholesale Trains in upstate New York came up. Their website said in stock. At 2:00PM I called and immediately talked to a real person who said "hold on while I put my hands on it." A couple of minutes later after a MC payment, Leon carried the part to shipping. Less than an hour later I had an e-mail with a UPS tracking number. The part arrived just as scheduled with UPS. Great service. It is really nice to do business with real people who give great customer service.
