Default Jets, no nitro DF?

I see under "Jets" there's no link to nitro or engine powered DF.

Is this, interesting area of participation, someplace else?

The only glow powered ducted fan jet I know is hanging from the LHS ceiling, for around 25 years. I think the participation is not some other place, so much as some other time.

RCVR,

OK, I can read between the lines, are you saying that there's absolutely no gas engines or gas DF's being produced or sold any more?

Everything has been discontinued some years ago?

Gee, Didn't Cpt. Kirk say that line?

I think I have that VHS hanging from my ceiling.

OK, exactly what day would that be? A week day?

You're selling it because you went to electric, right?

Yes, I'm a joker/wise guy.

Diameter? Photo? Price? Power output?

This thread reminds me of the crappy NIB OS 91 VR-DF I got off ebay for $50. I was like YES I got a $450 engine for $50! Now I'm like boy, did I get screwed. Oh well maybe I can use it on a race plane or something.

Wow!

Looks impressive.

I'll trade ya graphics for it?

It would make a great stand to put things on to photograph.

I'm happy for you that you can read between the lines. The next challenge is to read the actual lines. Don't rush it, it will come.

Jet Hanger Hobbies still actually sells Df's, but is heavier into turbine and is getting bigger into EDF. I still have a JHH Panther with a small K&B DF system. I only have a small grass field available so it just sits, but that would be true of a turbine as well.

Thanks for your reply.

The feedback and my research, I've decided to go EDF.

Choices, choices, choices?
