The original 'Home' battery tester / charger and cycler was a home built kit by Digipace - I have one and it still works just fine.
Accu-cycle is a modern version that has more features, comes in a shiney box (from China) and works great.
Either will work and both are great, find either and buy according to your needs - you will not be disappointed!

I have an AccuCycle Elite thats like 10 years old in regular service. Its nothing flashy and I dont use it for Lipos any more because it doesn't balance charge, but it charges Nicads, Nimh, 3S lipo, glow drivers, transmitters etc and for what it is, it does a fine job.
