I don't have my A9 in front of me, so this is from memory
Select the model, press the airplane icon then select the channel screen. High lite the switch assigned to the flap channel, select the switch that you want then exit out. Next go to the sub trim screen to set 1/2 flap position and the end point screen to set full flap and no flap positions.
That's not an exact step-by-step, but should get you to where you can figure it out.
FWIW, I select my switch as LS (left slider) as it gives full range for the flaps not just 1/2 and full flaps as a 3 position switch does.
