Default Cylinder & Liner replacement

Hi
Ive checked the price on piston & liner replacement for my OS .91FX and would like to know
if anyone has any info on replacement parts other than OS parts, maybe Magnum or ASP will
they work ?

Not that I know of pretty much brand specific......out of curiosity why do you need to change the piston and sleve or is it the whole cylinder head?

My engine has little to no compression and Ive replaced the liner and piston in an OS 46FX with no compression and it was like a new motor.
Im willing to listen if you have another idea.

The glow engine forum is a good idea. The big question is, how does the engine run?? If it's still running good there is no reason to replace things.

the 91 fx is a ringed engine, you do not need to replace the liner or piston in a ringed engine (unless something terrible happened), you should replace the ring (search "frank bowman" he makes very good rings, better than factory)
