1/4 the way back from the leading edge to the trailing edge. You may find that you prefer a 1/4 inch or so rearwards from there, after you've flown it a bit.

The airplane in question is not a 1/4 scale but a 1/3 scale.
So Katman the chord is very easy to measure on a straight chord wing like that. Now as pimmnz hinted at just measure the distance between the leading and trailing edges. Next just divide this figure by four and this sum is the distance you measure back along the fuselage from the leading edge to arrive st the quareter chord or 25% mac (mean aerodynamic chord).
This is the best place to start at for that type airplane airplane no further back.
