We had one similar back in the mid 80's for doing small proto parts. Check inside the back access cover. Should have a plate there. Brand name was Magic Systems or something but I can not remember the entire name. Some years back when vacuum formed signs were popular so many of the machines 24x36 or smaller were manufactured to meet the demand. Most of those companies no longer exist but the parts they used were universal anyway and could be purchased at industrial supply houses. Hope this helps, nice looking machine, brings back memories.
