O.S. 46 2 stroke
So I have an O.S. 46 2 stroke that I can turn over by hand when it has no prop or nose cone one it. But when I put the prop on it, it won't budge at all! No matter what! I've never seen this happen before! Also it's not flooded because it has no fuel in it! Any ideas or help would be very appreciated!
