Default Team duster designs air tractor 502-72

Anyone ever build this air tractor?
I want to put in a DLE 20cc engine.
It this possible or I have to redo the firewall?
Thank for your help,
Gerard

I have one on the bench now. I have a Saito 100 for it. The DLE 20 will fit but getting the mondule and battery may prove a problem. It is an all wood plane. I have enjoyed the build so far am ready to cover going to make Dusty and haven't come up with an orange paint to match the covering yet.

I don't know how to post pic wish I did. I am doing Dusty because of my four year old grandson. I need to get it covered he is bugging me. I have flown a friends and it flies great, Team Duster p age show one in Dusty colors but Hollis doesn't know how to get in touch with him. I am thinking of going to auto paint store an see if they can get me a color match. Let me know how you are getting alone with yours.

Glad to hear that good luck. I didn't look at the canopy as I was building so I can't cut the front to make the eyes look right. Just something to think about. It is a fun build I got some 3/4x3 and band sawed the ailerons and flaps as one came out fine .

You will need some 1/8 and 1/4 plywood. As you can see the wood kit has all that Hollis list. I was very pleased with it. Like I said all I got extra was the aileron stock.

I for got that you get a sheet of 1/8 that will do everything you need. You do need some 1/4 that is not in the wood kit. I got a 6x12 sheet that did all I needed.
