Default Sullivain RC Products No Good Customer Service

I have had a horrible experience dealing with Sullivan RC products.
I purchased a Sullivan #562 from a hobby shop while traveling in NY.
Got home 3 days later and tried it to find out it was defective.
Instead of driving a 1 1/2 hr trip back for a 4.85 dollar part,I called Sullivan and dealt with a man named William Connolly.
He said I needed to send it to him so I did.I sent it with tracking and they recieved it.
It's been 5 weeks now and honestly over 10 phone calls and still no replacement.
Every promise in the book and no replacement.THESE GUYS SUCK!!!!.
Dam the part probably cost them .25 cents to make and there giving me the run around.
What gives??????.

I think Sullivan Products is in the middle of a move, they should be back to normal in a few weeks.

Ya know I absolutely agree there is no excuse for poor customer service however when someone posts a rant and refuses to disclose what the defective something actually is, well I get a little glassy eyed which tends to make one not so sympathetic.
