Question Engine choice question/opinion... Decisions..... Decisions.....

Need help on engine choice for My Aeroworks Extra 260 .90

I just finished the plane sans Engine. I have a brand new Evo 1.20NX glow engine and a new Evo 20GX gasser. Both these engines are pretty much overkill for the plane... I got the Aeroworks Extra 260 to hone my 3D skills before I start throwing around my Pilot RC 25% Edge 540 with a DLE 35RA... I'd like to be able to hover at 75% or so throttle.

I was going to put the 20GX in the plane, but didn't want to cut into the firewall top/bottom to clear the wrap around pitts muffler; I don't think I want to waste the 20GX on the Aeroworks; I think I'll save it for the Hangar 9 20cc Corsair.

So that leaves the 1.20NX glow, but man i heard the .75 glow is the perfect match and maybe .90 for more pull out power... So either go with overkill 1.20NX or drop $200 to buy a .90 size glow..... or..... what about the 15GX? Will the 15GX be closer in power to a .75 glow or .90 glow, my guess would be somewhere in between, more power than .75 glow but less than .90 glow.... So what do yall think....

I would get the 15GX with the new pumped carb. Sell the 120 glow.

I would go with the Evo 1.20NX glow engine

You can never be too rich, too thin or for 3D flying have too much power.
