Question Need Help on Throttle on Electric Plane

I am converting a 40 size Cessna over to electric (first time ever converting a airframe to electic). I equipped it with a Turnigy G60 400KV with a RotoStar 80A ESC. When I first hooked everything up, it seemed to work great, except the prop would start up very slow then get faster and faster. I ordered in a YEP ESC Program Card and switched the startup speed on the ESC from the Helicopter factory setting over to Airplane Fast. Now when I hook all the electronics back up to the receiver, I have no Throttle at all and I don't know what is going on or what is happening. My servos work, just no throttle. I was told by HobbyKing I may need to calibrate the ESC by setting the end points on the throttle but have no clue how to do that. I am using a DX9 Radio.
Thanks for your help!!!!!
