Default Phoenix Giles G-202

I am working on a Phoenix Giles G-202 and am somewhat new to electric flight. I am almost ready to go except balancing. I am using a Rimfire .46 brushless motor and Floureon 5000 mah Lipo battery packs. My problem is the plane is pretty nose heavy and I've moved the battery pack as far back as possible and it's still a little nose heavy. Was wondering if anyone else has resolved this without adding tail weight. Appreciate very much any suggestions.
