Anyone know what happened to Fox Mfg and if their Idle bar glow plugs are still available?

They stopped making model engine stuff around 2014 saying they needed to concentrate on their core business.

Also they acknowledged that they could not compete with cheap Chinese imports.

It is unlikely you will see Fox model engines being produced again.

Not sure about the plug situation but Fox is gone. MECOA bought out all their tooling and spare parts. They might have plugs. I buy Fox glow plugs at swap meets whenever I see them for a decent price.

Yes, I would scoop them up whenever you find them if you like them. OS has good ones too but are not US made

I use Merlin plugs, never liked Fox ones, they burned out easily. They are made in the US if that is what you like.
