Default Klasskote clear over Rustoleum

Does anyone have experience painting Klasskote Clean Satin over Rustoleum Painter's Touch UltraCover 2X?
I know Rustoleum Painter's Touch is damaged by gas and I would like to spray a clear coat of Klasskote to protect the Rustoleum.

Hey Ralph. Klasscoat is same as KB epoxy . Should work great. Always test on a similar painted object.

Egldriver, Klass Kote is similar, but not the same as K&B. It's characteristics are similar to K&B, but there are differences. One simple comparison is the recommendation to allow Klass Kote a 30 minute "induction" period before using. There are other differences as well.

I like K&B a little better then Klass Kote, but K&B is no longer available, and KK is. I sprayed KK this past Monday with 23deg. temperatures. Not ideal conditions, but I am up against a deadline on a project. Although it has been reported that Klass Kote and K&B paint and catalyst can be mixed with each other (that is one brand of paint, and the other brand of catalyst) the results are not the same as staying with the specific brands. As an example is K&B paint with Klass Kote catalyst will dry to the touch, but is not fuel, or solvent proof.

Years ago I used Hobby Poxy for all my painting. The quality of that stuff was horrible. I had to get rid of several cans that were bad from brand new. I just finished up shooting a pattern plane with Klass kote and can't believe how nice it shoots. I'll be using it for everything but rag covered plans.
