What's the story on the disappearance of CA hinges? Every place I looked for CA hinges. it's Discontinued, Out of Stock, Unavailable or just plane forget about it. Is there a conspiracy against easy to use hinges, especially in thin wood? Or should I get out the old needle and thread?

With the demise of Great Planes, so went one of the larger sources of CA Hinges. They are still available on eBay. You might check with Sig, they may still sell them... Good Luck, Dave

Tower still show the Great Planes 2"x 9" CA hinge sheets in stock but not the packs of already cut ones that I used to buy. I didn't know they were also on the "endangered parts list"! Guess I better stock up.

It's sad that products to build your own aircraft are becoming harder and harder to find. I recently was looking for CA hinges as well and bought what my local shop had left. Manufacturers trying to force use all to buy ARF's.
