Default model suggestions for Saito FG-84

hi all,

I hope this is the right place to ask this - let me know if it should be posted elsewhere though!

I have a Saito FG-84 R3 that will eventually go in a Jerry Bates Sea Fury - when I get around to finishing it. However as this will be a way off, I'd like to get the engine flying in the meantime. My local club field here in the UK is great for smaller and/or slower models - most things up to 50cc or so are fine, bigger models also fine as long as they don't have too high a wing loading. Bigger / heavier warbirds would struggle though, with the strip and airspace. So I'm looking for a sports / aerobatic model that would be well suited to the Saito 84. Physically, it would fit into most 50cc size radial aerobatic models (for instance, I have an Aerotech Pitts Python, and it would fit - but would be a bit too heavy and the plane wouldn't fly anywhere near as well). So I'm thinking something slightly bigger, but not a proper warbird. Not much comes up on a google search, with plenty of "~50cc" options that would likely be be a bit small, and plenty of "~100cc" options that would be too big.

I wouldn't be looking for 3D levels of power to weight in an aerobatic model - just anything that would suit the engine well - I'm just looking for ideas and inspiration. Ideally an ARTF as I just don't have time for big build projects right now - but happy for any input and experiences that might help me in the right direction. Probably a long shot but you never know who's reading!

thanks all!
