Default HLG Vulcan Bomber with super low drag airfoil

Merry Christmas

I was fortunate this year to receive a Feather Foam cutter for Christmas. For the past six months I have been developing a new set of flying wing airfoils, so the question was what new model do I build? I had seen videos of the small hand launched delta wing gliders. So I thought I would cut the wings for one. Last year I had built 2 Vulcan bombers. So, Christmas morning I changed my mind and decided to build a 36" Vulcan using my new low drag airfoil, comparable to a DLG31 Mark Drela airfoil with a 20% greater lift factor.

Attached is a JPEG file showing the proposed Vulcan. It will be an HLG and a twin electric pusher. The profile of the new airfoil is show in the image. If anyone would like the .dat files for the airfoil send me an email. I have 5% thickness up to 9% thickness. The airfoil has a super lift, low drag and positive pitching moment. I am using 7%, 6.5% and 6% for the Vulcan wing.

My catapult launched Vulcan bombers have been super flying free flight models. Attached photos.

If anyone is interested in trying the Vulcan I can send PDF files.

Hi, please send me a set of your drawings - I would love to do an electric Vulcan.
Thanks, Mark
