Rec. engine for Dragon Lady 60
I am in the process of building a Dragon lady 60 and am trying to decide whether to put an OS 91 FX or a Thunder Tiger 1.20 in it. Anyone with a Dragon lady 60 have any thoughts on this?

G-23 HANDS DOWN! CHEAPER TO RUN, NO GLOWY (IS THAT A WORD) MESS, AND THE THE LADY WILL PERFORM WELL WITH THE G-23. 16X8 PROP. YOU WONT BE DISAPOINTED ESPECIALLY AT THE END OF THE DAY. ONE, 1, UNO, PAPER TOWEL. 16OZ. DU-BRO TANK WILL LAST FOR 25 MINUTES, WITH TIME TO SPARE. HOPE THIS HELPS.

The Dragon Lady 60 is a very close cousin to the Joss Stick. They both share the exact same balsa-covered foam wing. Any 1.08-1.20 2-stroke engine will make this bird sing.
I question putting a G23 on this plane. To offset that heavy engine up front will require considerable weight in the rear. Even an OS BX-1 (1.08) and a Magnum 1.20 2-stroke will require weight in the tail to properly set the CG. The G23 weighs considerably more than both those engines and puts out much less power (2.0 hp vs 3.0hp). Keep the G23 for 1/4-scale Cubs or mild-manner Ultra Sticks.

I used to fly mine with a gms 76 with a pitts muffler. It required a large batt pack all the way in the nose to balance. The 91 fx would fly this bird great but If your really looking for performance go with the 120
