I have notices the Master Airscrew made Schimitar props in the LHS. They have the same elliptical look as the APC props but are wood. Another difference is on the APCs, the elliptical shape starts about halfway up the prop and the Schmitar "spinning" shape start more at the base. The reason I ask this is because I have a Top Flite prop on my Superstar and it was so much quieter with the diagonal cut ends.....and I think that the Schimitars would be very quite but I don't want the weight of the APC...I would like to have a quick throttle response....
