Any .40 4-stroke WWI planes ?
I've been looking for a WWI kit on the 'net or otherwise, that I can put my OS.40 Surpass on. Everything I see needs just a little bigger size engine. Can anyone tell me of a mfr. who makes such an animal, or even any older-type plane (biplane, high-wing, OTHER than a Cub, which everybody has)? I'd even go to ARF if I had to. HELP!

Flair products out of England has some nice ones in that range. Some are more sport scale than anything and they are considered builders kits, but there not hard to build. The Nieuport 17 is nice. Take a look at www.flairproducts.co.uk There kits are available here in the states threw a couple of dealers. Radical Rc and GCBM USED TO.

For a nice early WWII Biplane... try the GeeBee Products Tiger Moth. The .40 4-strke would be good on it. (.25 to .40 2-stroke recommended... and the .40 is too much.)
Its a semi-scale model. Main change from scale is the airfoil.
