Here's a tough one. Who knows anyone who shapes custom propellors?
I know a controll line guy but he will only do small stuff.
I need 22x4.5 3 blade, see my trouble. I am flying a scratch built 3d type model with os bgx 35 cc engine, 2100 sq inch wing and 11 pounds. i want it to fly at 35 mph and rev to between 9000 and 10000. a 2 blade prop of the right pitch for the speed gives me a diameter that sends the tips supersonic. see my problem?

555 - I can't answer your question, but maybe you can go a different route. Get a commercial prop that has the blade you want and use it to make 3-blade mold to make your own carbon props.
