U.S. AirCore flight box
Thinking of getting one of these. It looks nice and basic. Any experience? Does it have room for a round fuel jug or only the rectangle gas can? thanks

RE: U.S. AirCore flight box
Go to Sears. They have a $19.95 multi-level tool box with some small parts organization spots on the upper level. Its a BEAUTIFUL field box. Starter and starter battery in the bottom with room for a quart bottle of fuel. Next level up for props. Next level up some screwdrivers and assorted tools. Then the top gets your small parts in the sorter sectons and the glow ignitor beside the handle.
If you want to have a gallon of fuel at the field... strap a Six-Shooter fuel pump on it. The fuel doesn't need to be affixed t the field box.
Black and Decker makes a larger version of basicly the same style box that has wheels. You can take half your workshop with you in it. (about $50 if I remember)
Heck even a Plano fishing lures organizer box is a better field box than most things that are special made for us by the hobby industry.[:'(]
