It sounds as if the resin was not mixed properly. If this is the case prepare yourself for the worst.
The following sometimes works but there are no guarantees.
Try applying heat with a heat gun.
Wait for a month.
Scrape off as much as you can and apply a coat of correctly mixed resin over the top.
As far as wrecking the aircraft, it is already done. So you may have to take it apart and start over.

What did you mix it in, did the container have a wax coating? Other than an improper mix or foreign matter such as wax, it is hard to not get a good joint. The suggestion of using heat is good. If you can put it in a parked car in sunshine with the windows up, it might cure out in a day or two. A heat gun might help but will take a long time. If all else fails, try mounting a blade of some kind to your soldering gun and litterly melt it apart. Oh yes, you didn't use epoxy over a polyester resin did you? That will always give you a gummed up mess.

I would use a heatgun and remove it
...Being curious!
-Why use 30 min epoxy for building models when there is Ca glue????
what exactly is it you have glued together???
