SuperSportster calls for 6 oz Glass Cloth. I have 4 oz.
I realize I should have asked this before I went out and bought 4 oz glass cloth. The instructions in for the Super Sportster .60 call for 60 oz glass cloth for glueing the wings together. Will this 4 oz stuff do it's job? Will doing two layers of glassing make up for it not being 6 oz? Help me out please.

Speed,
Lay it down smooth with a good epoxy, squeegy out all the air bubbles, and don't worry about it. You should be fine.
Have fun!

Why can't Great Planes put a 50 cent piece of 6 ounce cloth in their kits!!!!!! It is essential to the wing's construction!!!!

SpeeDFX,
The 4 oz will work fine. Don't double layer it. That will add a ton of weight that's not needed.
If you haven't layed the FG yet, you could lay it inch wider on both sides to help compensate, but even that isn't really needed unless you just want a "presence of mind" thing.
