Default SPINNER's WHAT SIZE?

THX FOR LOOKING IN ON ME, THIS TIME I'M BUYING A SPINNER FOR MY SAITO 80,WHAT DETERMINE's SIZE OF SPINNER ? IS IT PROP SIZE OR MOTOR INSTALLATION? BTW I'M TALKING ABOUT NON SCALE APPLICATION's, MY 80 IS MOUNTED ON A MODIFIED 4* 60 Buz^

Default SPINNER's WHAT SIZE?

many things can determine the size, but there is a general size range for each engine.

Do you have a specific plane in mind?
Trainers - basically whatever the plans recommend. Many trainers are "open" fronts, where exact size is not crucial. On a 40 size a 2" should be fine.

Some planes you want to have flush with the fuselage...i.e. pattern ships in general have their spinner backplate the same diameter where the fuse or cowl starts, so that it looks like it's all one piece, and remains streamline.

Shape and length are determined by what most appropriately fits your plane, and that your engine can accept.

thx afr'n very helpful, i guess i should have been more specific about the plane , i'll edit my post, keep up the good work and maybe you'll become BUILD'n AROUND
