Default Stripped out plug threads on a sato65 head/cylinder

oes anyone know of a practical way to repair it? I have heard of the healy coil, but can I get one for this size. 1/4 32 ? Does it work?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated....Thanks....Jim

Send it to Clarence Lee of C.F. Lee Mfg. Co. He runs an ad in the back of RCM listing "Stripped Glow Plug Threads". His prices are really good and he has a great reputation doing this.

Lee Mfg. Co. Repaired my Moki 210 head with a helicoil, great job.

Thanks Carlos! Do you recall what it cost you including shipping?
Trying to sort out whether this is the best way to go or buying a new head, or in my case w/ a saito, the cylinder. I have a quote for a new cylinder at $50.00 + shipping.
