What maneuvers give you the most EXCITEMENT!
What maneuvers really make your hair stand up and knees start shaking? What maneuver do you do that makes you climb to a 100 feet when you are finished just so you can settle down?
Full throttle knife edge dragging the wing on the ground?
Full throttle inverted digging a trench with the rudder?
Harrier torque rolls with the tail wheel dragging with a big gasser?
Merely taking off in an overweight warbird s-turning down the full length of the runway?

The AVALANCHE!!!!
Actually, I have always loved taking a large scale bipe (like a WACO or Super Stearman) that isn't too over powered and looks very scale inflight, and performing an "AVALANCHE" over the runway. I have always been partial that maneuveur for some reason. If done right, it just looks so real. It really gives a feeling of purpose to modelling.
3D moves are really neat to watch, but the former has always been my prference.

Not so fancy of some the good maneuvers, but I like doing what I call the Hawker Death Dive with my Magic. I take it HIGH and go full throttle straight down. About 30 feet or ?? from Mother Earth, I pull full up elevator and watch it strain through a loop...... secretly waiting for it to bust the fuselage right in half.

a torque roll about 2 feet from the ground followed by a hammerhead finshing with the nose about 2 feet from the ground looks pretty special, or an insanely low inverted pass gets the ol' addrenalin pumpin.
The most hair raising for me is an inverted flatspin over the runway pulling out into a low hover OH MY GOD that makes me damn near s*** my pants and I'm only watchin. The stunts I'm talkin about were done by two blokes from Toowooba (western Queensland) flying a DA150 powered extra and a 3W100 powered extra, they were good.

There is a guy that sometimes comes down to my club with an amazing Studecker (spelling??) This thig has crazy throws and he has broken 3 previously, everytime strengthening the failed part. This does the most insane blenders I have ever seen..... Way cool.

Just about any manuver that I regain control of the plane within 20' of the ground. Unfortunately, I have become quite proficient at this advanced skill level stunt![:@]

Mine would be inverted flights dragging the rudder. Did this last Sunday with my Shoestring, wich I have done a hundered times before, and disintegrated it, when it when't into a corn field.....aaahhh!!! That will teach me not to talk while flying, to easy to get disoriented if your not paying full attention to what your doing while flying. Stupid me!

KE loops scare me. The going up portion is fine, the coming back around portion is all a mental question of "is it gonna make it??"
Another thing I once did with my late laser3D was I was hovering about 20 feet off the deck, got it into an inverted flat spin, and couldn't get back out. Sat there for about 5 seconds thinking "Well what am I gonna do now?" haha it was fun.

The ones that happen unexpected and without my input! I stripped a servo arm on the elevator servo on my Ultra Stick .60 in flight the other day. This resulted in a control defection of a little down and a lot of down!!! NO UP AT ALL[:@]
I got it back on the runway with no damage but it was real exciting[X(]

Pale Rider
Loading the truck up at the beginning of the day and wondering if I'll be loading it with the same size and number of pieces at the end of the day.

Smuggling another newly purchased piece of expensive modelling gear past the wife and into the workshop. It's a difficult maneuver with a great degree of risk attached, but when done properly it is immensely satisfying :-)

I have to agree with XJet. I track my packages so I know when they are "out for delivery". On those days I also keep track of the Wife and if everything goes according to plan, I get to the package before she knows it's there!. Now that also means that I need to take out the garbage that week to ensure that the shipping box goes unnoticed.
