Yes- I know because I have one.. Its not built by ESM although it looks like they have added some wheelpants.

I will put it this way- For 179.00 You get one hell of an arf. The overall quality is 7 out of 10. I would suggest that you replace all the hinges, but other than that it's a pretty good kit. With the O.S. 1.60 installed the model screams- but the cowl needs to be opened up alot for proper cooling. I have recently converted to a ryobi gas engine and am working out all the bugs. But so far so good..
