Silicon molds
Hello all
I would like to mold some rather small repetitive detail and was told silicon was the best to use for the mold. Unfortunately I assumed that they were taking about your around the house sealant. After cleaning up the mess could someone shed some light on what silicon in particular I should be looking for. I assume that it would have to be quite viscous to pick up the details of the original. Any other tips would also be most welcome.
Thanks in advance
Best Regards Steve

RE: Silicon molds
Steve, I have never used silicone rubber molds but if you look in www.micromark.com catalogue they sell the stuff in several sizes.[:-]
