Default 3 line tank system to 2 line tank

I have a fuel tank that is set up for 3 lines that I want to convert to a 2 line system (putting tank in a plane that is not cowled and don't need the third line). How do you plug the line that you do not need so that fuel does not run out ?

Thanks in advance Cary

Default plug

either replace the rubber stopper or leave a short piece of brass tubing stick out and put fuel line on it with a plug in end. ya can buy plugs or get creative with a plug. ya can also crimp a piece of brass tubing and solder one end to seal it off. lots of ways to do it but i prefer to just use a solid piece of steel to replace the tubing. -Tin-

Default 3 line tank system to 2 line tank

I haven't tried this but waht this work .

It gets queit torrid getting the fuel out of a tube tank as compared to 2 , especially when the cowl is there on the engine .

I have to try this to convert my 3 into 2 .

Cheers.

Arjun
