Divide weight in pounds by square inches and multiply by 2304. This will convert to ounces per square foot, the normal units for wing loading.
Suppose your plane weighed 5 pounds and had 600 sq. in. area. the wing loading would be (5/600) x 2304 = 19.2 oz/sq ft
