I presume Ultracote does not offer this color.
Your best bet is to bring a sample of the film and have it color matched. If you go with automotive paints SOME places can make up aerosol cans for you. Be aware the auto paint route is not cheap.
An inexpensive way to do this is have some latex color matched (about $10 per quart ) and use an airbrush or small spray gun to apply it. Let it cure (about 7 - 10 days AVERAGE ) and clear coat it with 2 coats of a water base polyurethane. This will definitely be good to 10% nitro and various reports I have read state it is good with 15% nitro also.
