GP Big Stik 60 + TT 91S Four Stroke...What Prop?
I have a Great Planes Big Stik 60 on which I was running a Thunder Tiger .61 Pro and a 11x7 prop. I am replacing the engine with a Thunder Tiger 91S four stroke. This will be my first four stroke. Could someone recommend a prop for this engine/plane combo? Thanks.

I'm running an OS 91 surpass with an APC 15-8, its at the top end of the prop range but it turns it with authority on 15% cool power. I have it in my Sig Astro Hog. I know anything from a 13-8, 14-6, 14-8, 15-6 15-8 will do on a 91 FS. If you have clearance with the gear, the larger diam. lower pitch props will give a lot of thrust, great for flying the stick as it isnt a speed demon anyway and you can really play with it, good accel. and vertical.
Best thing is to buy 2 or 3 props in this range and FLY THEM! Thats the only real way to find out what flies best for your tastes.
Best of luck!

PS. use an OS "F" type glow plug in that engine for best running, guaranteed!

13x8 APC on my buddy's TT. Nice sounding engine just watch the valves. After a few runs make sure you check the clearances when the engine is cold. Should be a great combination.
