Default Filler for abs cowel

I have some gaps in my abs cowel that need to be filled. I was wondering what the best way to fill them would be so i can sand it smooth to be painted?

I use Elmer's Wood Filler. Works like a charm!

For larger gaps such as at joining seams, I use a Bondo product that will fill up to 1/8" at a time and cures by putting it in sunlight. Then, smaller irregularities are filled with green putty from the LHS, and this can be wet sanded to a feather edge.

I use the red SPOT PUTTY available in any auto supply store and most Wal-Marts. It comes in a tube and costs about $4.00 a tube.

Take the scrap ABS and cut them into tiny pieces, then drop them into a little bit of "Acetone". The acetone will dissolve the ABS making a paste of sorts, and you can spread this to fill gaps. Then sand it smooth,
