where can i get control rods and linages such as the ones in this picure??

That looks like an RCL70 (Nelson) control horn/4-40 ball link. The push rod looks homemade, like 4-40 all thread in an aluminum tube. Hangar 9 Pro-Links are a popular item for push-rods.

I believe the pushrod itself is K&S tubing 3060. This is a thick walled aluminum tube, the inner diameter is the right size for 4-40 hardware. You will need to cut the tube to legnth, tap the ends for 4-40, and glue in sullivan or similar 4-40 threaded studs with JB weld. It is a fair amount of work but makes nice set ups like the one in your picture.
