Default paint for laxan plane ?


Hi, How can i refinish a old lexan covered plane? If you can help i thank you for your time and reply.

My suggestion would be to prime with an automotive primer, then paint with latex paint. Once the latex has "cured" (about 7 - 10 days ) clear coat with a water base polyurethane.

I will say that I do not agree with Mr. Vallencourt on a couple of the points, but that it in no way diminishes the quality of, or the information in the article.
