ICS Robin Hodd
I've recently acquired an 80" Robin Hood built from a kit from ICS. Does anyone have a web site address , a mailing address, or phone number for ICS? I can't find any information about them going through conventional search methods.

ics was part of the old world engines import busness set up by john maloney, the original importer of os and super tigre engines, sold the engine line to great planes and i belive the kit line to indy r/c.i have one of these also with a maloney 100,needs a maloney 125,weighs 14 pounds wet, engine alone weighs 4 pounds.have redundant battery packs and did strenghten the center section by inserting sheeting BETWEEN the spars then fiberglassing.covered in sloar tex.need to go to sullivan lite wheels instead of the heavy dubros as plane is a bit nose heavy even with battery mounted in rear of cabin.flies like a cub and needs rudder in the turns .

RE: ICS Robin Hodd
Thanks everyone for your information about ICS and its Robin Hood. Mine is ready to fly with a new G26. Hopefully, our weather here in central North Carolina will improve this week. Thanks again.

RE: ICS Robin Hodd
Help, I bought a Robin 80 at Joe Nall, am not sure where the CG is. I tried the main spar and it appears tail heavy, but two servos are already all the way back aft. power is H.B. 65. thanks

Not that I know of.
All the half dozen or so Robinhoods that I'm aware of besides Ugo's were made from scratch in different sizes from the same set of Robinhodd 99 plans including mine. I also have a 99 that was built from a kit.
The OS 91 Surpass is way too much power for my Robinhood 80.
I have a frind with a scratch built Magnum 61FS in a scaled down 70 and a Saito 30 in a 50 (overpowered) and he has a friend with a 70 and an electric 50. I have two other friends with 99's
Here is a picture of a scratch builr 70 from NC and I think it has a Magnum 52 four stroke.
