I just took my engine apart and found the pin on the crankshaft broken off and the connecting rod slightly bent. The crankcase is cracked out on the bottom. The engine was running great, I used 15% for the first time. It broke comming out of a big loop and I think it over reved at this time. I did find parts at Tower Hobbies but will cost too much to repair. Does anyone have an engine I could salvage parts from. Or would someone know where to get parts cheaper.

Is the engine still under warranty ? If so send it back in. If not you may be better off getting a new engine if the parts cost as much as a new engine.
And Tower is the best place I know of to get the replacement parts.

Small Fly, You need to seiously try using the wanted section of the market place also.
