RE: German Translation Needed
hey i suck at german (take it in school), but i know some of the main words, this is how i think it goes:
first part(instructions): heat it(is it white powder?) up in half a liter of water(or maybe half a liter of powder stuff), let it disolve(i think you need to stir it or something), you can change the color by adding more or less mix...i dont really know what thats supposed to mean....
second part(das beizen): wash the wood with warm water, dry, lay it out. spread the solution(?) evenly with a paintbrush or cloth and lay the whole thing on the other thing...lol dunno about that last part...after it drys you can: polish, wash, paint. use little resistance (dont push hard)
third part: i guess its how you store it....i guess you can mix it with a lacquer finish when you use it, and you are supposed to keep it in a cool, dry place to keep it usable for a long time. keep away from children lol
i think the smaller text underneath is in french....hope that helped

RE: German Translation Needed
Hi Del,
Das Beizen Take approx. 2 cups denatured alcohol(spiritus)and warm it in
a warm water bath. Once warm stir in your stain(beizen) (mix well). The color may
be lightend or darkened by using more or less alcohol.
Wash wood with warm water; dry, and sand fine. Apply stain with brush, cloth,or
sponge evenly. Little pieces may be dipped ( like donuts in coffee )!!
When dry you can wax, tarnish, polish,or paint it. It does not stand up to light
very well. ( uv rays ). I assume it would lighten after some time.
Zwishentöne Different colors of the same product may be mixed. You should do
a test piece first.
Kept cool and dry it will keep forever!!
Stay away from children!!
Have fun and good luck
