GP Patty Wagstaff 25% wieghing in @19.5 lbs
Just bought a used Patty Wagstaff Extra 300 already built and RTF. One of the compliants I found about the plane was the choice of motor on the plane which was a G62. After inquiring around the consensus was it will be heavy but will work! The recommended wieght for this plane is 14-16lbs, it wieghs 19.5, is that bad? Is it flyable?

While it is flyable, it will be heavy and you will not get the best experence out of it. I had a Brison 3.2 in mine and it came out at around 16 lbs.

Why don't you go to the Big Patty Wagstaff thread, READ the whole thing and you will learn ALL you need to know about engine choices as well as everything else about Patty.
